Employment Opportunities

Carolinas Cement will provide approximately 160 new jobs at its plant with competitive salaries and benefits. We plan to source these jobs locally. We will collaborate with Cape Fear Community College to train local students to fill many positions. In addition, we are developing programs for local high school students to learn more about the field of engineering and cement manufacturing.
